• סיווג קבלניThe bidder is a registered dealer or a legally registered corporation in Israel (company or partnership).
• אחרThe bidder is not in receivership, stay of proceedings, bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings and there are no pending requests of this type against it, it is not facing insolvency, and no attachments have been imposed on its assets in a proportion exceeding its equity.
• אחרThe bidder holds all the necessary approvals under the Public Bodies Transactions Law, 1976.
• ניסיוןExperience in providing Lidar system supply, installation and implementation services in at least three projects carried out in Israel. Each project must include: at least one Lidar system installed for road space monitoring; data collection using a Lidar system for at least 7 consecutive days, during the period from 1.1.2020 until the final deadline for bid submission; and providing reports to the client, with at least one project including a report on instantaneous vehicle speed measurement and at least one project including a report on identification and classification of vehicles and/or pedestrians and/or micromobility devices.
• אחרThe bidder owns the intellectual property rights to all hardware, software, and licenses included in the proposed system and/or legally holds all necessary authorizations and licenses for legal use of all hardware, software, and licenses included in the proposed system.
• אחרThe proposed Lidar system must be capable of continuously measuring speed at a distance of at least 50 meters between the Lidar sensor and the measured object, with speed measurement accuracy of up to ±1 km/h, and distance measurement accuracy of up to ±0.05 meters for distances below 100 meters. It must operate at a working frequency of at least 10 Hz, perform simultaneous speed and distance measurements for all vehicles, pedestrians, and micromobility devices within the monitoring area, and generate traffic parameter reports for travel speed, travel time, traffic volumes, encounters, vehicle classification, pedestrian classification, and micromobility device classification.
